Professional Polishing and Resurfacing has over 45 years of combined industry experience. Professional Polishing and Resurfacing is a Colorado family owned and operated business started by Mark Weeks in late 2015. For years leading up to the inception of PP&R, Mark believed he could perform the work at a higher quality than others in the industry and wanted to provide customers a more involved approach to their concrete refinishing needs. In 2016 Steven Weeks, Mark’s brother, decided to go all in with Professional Polishing. Steven shared his brother’s vision and knew that together they could change the way people thought about the concrete refinishing industry. In 2020, Anthony joined the team. Anthony was a long time industry professional and had cut his teeth working as a foreman for some of the larger polishing companies throughout the country. Anthony brought a quality forward mindset and over 10 years of industry experience to the team. In 2021 Chris came to PP&R looking for a change in industry and wanted to learn a new trade. Chris’s work ethic and attention to detail quickly helped Professional Polishing take another step in efficiency and quality. Joseph came to the team in 2023 after having been on a property management team with his family for over 10 years. Joseph had great attention to detail, was a very quick study, and shared the same quality forward mindset as the rest of the team.
