We had a great opportunity to work with a new custom builder on a large project in Sedalia, CO. This is going to be a large event space and parking building for the customers high end cars. Through talks with the builder and customer we landed on Polished Concrete being the most ideal finish for the space as a whole. We applied Color samples using colors from the Prosoco Gemtone Stain color chart and The Ameripolish color chart and the customer landed on a Antique Cork Base mottled with Saddle Brown to give this floor a truly untique feel and look. We went through the entire mechanical polishing process including grinding and honing the slab, applying Prosoco Densifier, running through our polishing grits, and the application of sealer. Prosoco polishguard was used as our sealer and a final coat of Ghost Shield Siloxa-tech 8510 penetrating sealer was applied for increased water and stain resistance. The customer was blown away by the final outcome, is excited to show off his new space, and has a floor that will last a lifetime.
